Bookkeeping and finance operations
Your books, done right. Your invoices, paid.
You run the jobs. We keep the books current, close every month, and follow up on the invoices that are late. A person checks every entry before it reaches your books.

Who it's for
Texas contractors

IT shops
Managed IT providers with recurring billing, distributor bills to match, and Texas sales tax on services.
Who checks your books
Katelyn McCreight has spent ten years in billing, collections and the month-end close. She has made sure companies bill correctly, get paid on time and close their books fast.
Our software does the repetitive part. Katelyn reviews all of it before anything is posted to your books or sent to a customer.
Questions
Do I keep my QuickBooks?
Yes. Your books stay in your QuickBooks account, and you own it. If you leave, you keep everything and remove our access.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for sorting transactions, matching payments and spotting things that look wrong. A person reviews all of it. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Do you do taxes?
No. We keep your books clean and ready for your tax preparer. We don't prepare tax returns or give tax advice.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted, stored in the United States, and seen only by the people doing your work.
What if I want to stop?
It's month to month. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll hand everything over.
